Easy Peasy Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 cup of almond milk

2 cups of any vegan friendly pancake mix (I used Bisquik brand)

2 tablespoons of water mixes with 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1/3 cup of chocolate chips

1 ripe medium banana

 

Mix all ingredients until smooth

Heat pan with a tablespoon of plant based butter

Put medium pancake size mixture in the pan

Cook with medium heat for several minutes, flip for browning both sides

Serve with additional chocolate chips, sliced banana and a tablespoon of almond butter.

Drizzle the almond butter over pancakes and serve!

*makes 4-6 medium pancakes
