5 simple ingredients & oil free!
1 medium lemon
1 cup of cashews
2 cups of water
1 bunch of fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
Soak 1 cup of cashews in 1 cup of water, for at least 15-20 minutes.
Place squeezed lemon juice in the blender with 1 cup of water, chopped cilantro and sea salt.
I use a Vitamix blender.
Add the soaked cashews, including the water into the blender.
Set blender to high speed for 60 seconds, check for creamy texture. Adjust speed according to your blender.
