Fuschia Smoothie Goodness!


1/2 beet

2 celery sticks

1 medium carrot

1/2 cucumber

1 cup of fresh spinach

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of flaxseeds

1 medium red delicious apple

2 bananas

1 cup of frozen blueberries

10 oz water

Clean and slice up all ingredients

Place everything into a blender using the standard smoothie setting. If no setting, blend until smooth!

*I use a Vitamix blender which has a smoothie setting.

Serving size: 4
