Quinoa Salad 🥗

Raw Ingredients:

2 cups spinach

1 red pepper

1 yellow pepper

1 orange pepper

1 cucumber

1 container grape tomatoes

2-3 whole carrots

Cooked Ingredients:

1 cup cooked quinoa

1 can cooked navy beans

1/3 cup hummus

*1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Wash, clean and cut all raw vegetables

Add them to a large bowl

Mix in quinoa, navy beans and hummus into the bowl

Add apple cider vinegar and blend it into the salad

Serving size: 4
