Overnight Oats



1/2 cup of rolled oats

1/2 cup of almond milk

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 ripe medium banana

1 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon


Add all ingredients into a 16 oz mason jar, except the cinnamon & banana

Put lid on jar and shake all ingredients until blended

Put it in the refrigerator overnight

In the morning, scoop ingredients from jar and place into a bowl

Slice up a ripe banana and add it to the bowl

Sprinkle cinnamon

Serving size: 1
