Vegan Guilt Free Chocolate Donut

Ingredients:

1 mashed ripe banana

2 tablespoons cacao powder

1.5 teaspoons of baking powder

1 cup of old fashioned rolled oats (grind/blend)

2 tablespoons of vegan chocolate chips

1/4 cup almond milk

*powdered sugar & melt vegan chocolate chips for topping

 

Preheat oven 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl

Lightly coat donut pan with coconut oil

Put ingredients in donut pan, place in the oven for 10 minutes

Pull donut pan from oven

Add powdered sugar and melted chocolate once donuts have cooled

Makes 6 donuts
