1 head of cauliflower
1 head of broccoli
1 cup almond milk
2 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
1 packet mushrooms
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 lemon juice
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon black pepper & pink salt
Boil 2 cups of water, add broccoli & cauliflower then cover until tender.
Put tender broccoli cauliflower pieces into a blender. Add almond milk, 1/2 squeezed lemon (juice) and apple cider vinegar, then blend ingredients until smooth.
Sauté garlic, onion, mushroom and spices in a separate pan on medium for 5 minutes.
Add broccoli cauliflower mixture into a large pot along with sautéed ingredients. Stir and simmer on low until all ingredients are well blended.
Ready to serve (Serves 6+)

Black eyed peas, onions, tomatoes, lime juice, jalapeño pepper & salt
1 bushel collard greens
Boil 30 ounces of water then add clean, chopped fresh collard greens. Then simmer with lid on for approximately 20 minutes.
Add WF Mississippi Vegan Caviar to the pot, stir and simmer for another 5 – 10 minutes.
*You can make your own vegan caviar by the listed ingredients above. Add into the pot in the same manner.*
